CONSTITUTION: A wireless mobile phone main body(100) stores and update state change information included in a second text message. The wireless mobile phone main body generates a third text message including state information about a peripheral device according to first text message information. The wireless mobile phone main body transmits a third text message to an external control terminal(20).
