A method and device for audio signal mixing processing are provided. The method includes: determining a terminal requiring location adjustment for the audio signal, and adjusting location information of the terminal audio signal (S101); mixing the location adjusted audio signal with other signals to be mixed (S102). This method and device can adjust the audio location information of the terminal where location overlapping of the audio signal happens, so as to separate locations of each terminal to be mixed as far as possible, and enable more clear voices from each terminal, thus improving live feeling of users.
