An independent claim is also included for preparing the sausage for roasting or deep frying, provided with the coating of a crunchy layer, comprising providing the sausage with a defined grain size, determining the structure of the crunchy layer, after the completion of the manufacturing process of the sausage, in the unusual condition having an edible, browning crunchy layer when the sausage is roasted or deep-fried. |
