<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver that improves energy-saving effect by determining a light-load regenerative state, in order to solve the following problems of a rolling stock having a circuit configuration in which the DC voltage applied to an inverter device during regeneration is equal to the sum of the voltage of the power storage and the trolley voltage: the voltage of a power storage and a trolley voltage cannot be separated only by detecting a DC voltage, and a regenerative state cannot be determined. <P>SOLUTION: In the circuit configuration connecting an electric storage in series with the inverter device 4, a voltage sensor DCPT detecting the trolley voltage is installed between a current collector 1 and a grounding point, and the power storage is controlled on the basis of the result of the detection of the voltage sensor DCPT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
