<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable display device by improving visibility and weatherability, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 1 comprises a surface-mount light-emitting device 10 which is surface mounted on a wiring board 20, a lens part 30 arranged to face the surface-mount light-emitting device 10, and a frame 40 arranged to surround the periphery of the lens part 30. The frame 40 and the lens part 30 are formed integrally as a lens array module. The frame 40 is provided with a positioning pin which projects toward the wiring board 20. The wiring board 20 is provided with a recess at a position corresponding to the positioning pin.
