<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine moving blade for inserting a damper pin into a side face of a platform and further reducing stress concentration of a pin hole groove of the damper pin for high damping and vibration stress reduction at a blade implanted part. <P>SOLUTION: Groove processing is applied for passing the damper pin 4 through a boundary between adjacent blades at the side face of the platform 3. The damper pin 4 is inserted into the groove to make the depth in the circumferential direction of the groove provided at both the back side and the belly side of the side face of the platform 3 smaller than a half pin diameter of the damper pin.
