<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the area of a solid type secondary battery while the battery life and reliability are maintained. <P>SOLUTION: An all-solid type lithium secondary battery includes a plurality of all-solid type lithium secondary battery elements formed on one substrate 1, and is formed by: forming a first electrode thin film 4 over the substrate 1, which enables lithium ions' entry and discharge or deposition and dissolution; forming a solid electrolyte thin film 5 thereon, through which lithium ions are conducted; and forming a second electrode thin film 6 thereon from material different from that of the first electrode thin film, which enables lithium ions' entry and discharge or deposition and dissolution. The all-solid type lithium secondary battery further includes: a partition wall 3 formed between the all-solid type lithium secondary battery elements; and a moisture resistive protection film 8 covering and integrally formed with all of the all-solid type lithium secondary battery elements and the partition walls therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
