<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for handling an HARQ entity for a communication device capable of receiving and transmitting on a plurality of frequency blocks in a wireless communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A method comprises a step of resetting an HARQ entity associated with a frequency block of a plurality of frequency blocks when a frequency block configuration associated with the frequency block is changed. Further, the method comprises a step of resetting the HARQ entity associated with the frequency block when the frequency block is reconfigured, added, removed, activated, or deactivated.
