<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle interior lighting device that can save a space by reducing the number of part items, can perform lighting as if light flows, and can enhance a performance effect. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle interior lighting device 1 includes: a light guide 3; a first light source (first light emitting diode 4) arranged at the one-end side of the light guide; a second light source (second light emitting diode 5) which is arranged at the other end side of the light guide, and emits a color different from that of the first light source; a control part 6 which light-controls the first and second light sources so that a light emitting quantity of the second light source may be reduced while increasing a light emitting quantity of the first light source; and a first irradiation part 7 for irradiating the light of the light guide into a vehicle interior.
