PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit is provided to reduce current consumption by controlling a driving force for driving a supply voltage according to the level of an internal voltage. CONSTITUTION: A supply voltage driving unit(10) generates a first pull-up signal by comparing a supply voltage distributed signal with a bias voltage. The supply voltage driving unit drives a supply voltage in response to the first pull-up signal. An internal voltage driving unit(11) generates a second pull-up signal by receiving the supply voltage and drives the internal voltage. A driving control unit(12) selects a first pull-up signal or power voltage as a third pull-up signal in response to a second pull-up signal and controls the driving of the supply voltage. |
