<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel reagents and a method for conjugating biological molecules. <P>SOLUTION: The method for conjugating biological molecules is a method for conjugating a molecule containing a thiol group or an amino group in a polymer, and is a method in which the molecule is made to react with a compound shown by the general formula: X-[Q-W-(CH=CH)n-CH=CH2]m (V) in which X represents a polymer; Q represents a linking group; W represents a keto group or an ester group -O-CO-; n represents 0 or an integer of from 1 to 4; and m represents an integer of from 1 to 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
