<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white conductive powder having excellent conductivity and degree of whiteness, and to provide a white conductive powder having excellent conductivity and degree of whiteness and can easily form a white conductive layer as a primary layer on which two or more layers, e.g. a base coat layer and a clear coat layer, can be formed by electrostatic coating. <P>SOLUTION: The white conductive powder has an antimony-doped tin oxide layer formed on the surface of a composite oxide powder containing Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. More preferably, the composite oxide powder contains 3-30 pts.wt. of TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and 1-2 pts.wt. of SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>for 1 pts.wt. of Al<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
