PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion table creation program, a medium that stores the color conversion table creation program, and a color conversion table creation method which allow precise conversion of the values of a color coordinate system to the combination of the values of CMYK.

SOLUTION: In a color adjustment system 1000, a CPU 11 of a second computer 10 creates a second LUT for converting the values of L*a*b* to the values of CMYK on the basis of the measured values of a second color chart composed of a color patch obtained by converting the combination of the values of three colors CMY to the combination of the values of four colors CMYK.
