<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-transparent turmeric beverage taken in to relieve thirsty of throat through a rapid water supply. <P>SOLUTION: The packaged turmeric beverage is such that the osmotic pressure of the turmeric beverage is ≤800 mOsm/kg, and a particulate turmeric extract and 3-50 mg of curcumin per 500 ml of the turmeric beverage are added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
