<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of unstable phenomenon with a smaller control amount in a system stabilization control system aiming at stabilization of an electric power system. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of estimating a constant term, a coefficient of a sine term and a coefficient of a cosine term in a power phase difference angle curve using each piece of information on a generator output and an electric generator phase angle calculated using data acquired from an electric power system, the constant term and each coefficient are estimated using information of both an effective power output and a reactive power output as information on the generator output, and an acceleration energy (V<SB POS="POST">A</SB>) and a deceleration energy (V<SB POS="POST">D</SB>) are calculated from the estimated power phase difference angle curve (P-δ curve), and stability discrimination is performed by magnitude comparison of the calculated acceleration energy and deceleration energy, and the control of a power supply amount from an electric power plant is performed on the basis of the result of the stability discrimination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
