摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precise locating result on a point where GPS satellites cannot capture, without performing measurement. <P>SOLUTION: A crossing point identification section 120 identifies an image of a crossing point on an ordinary road (reference image) and an image of the crossing point of the road under an elevated road (objective image). A crossing point group display section 130 displays the reference image overlapping with a laser point group (reference point group) obtained on the ordinary road, and displays the objective image overlapping with a laser point group (objective point group) obtained on the road under the elevated road. A land mark identification section 140 identifies a land mark reference point and a land mark objective point overlapped with a land mark which is commonly displayed on the reference image and the objective image. A crossing point coordinate value calculation section 150 calculates coordinate values of the crossing point based on three-dimensional coordinate values of the land mark reference point and the distance and direction of the land mark objective point.
