<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease work for a user on a side of distributing a plurality of contents for which valid periods are set, to generate a play list of the contents. <P>SOLUTION: In a content distribution device 100, a play list generation unit 20 generates a play list which designates a reproduction order of a plurality of contents to be distributed and in which valid periods of reproduction are set. A distribution unit 40 distributes to a terminal device 200 the plurality of contents and the play list which is generated by the play list generation unit 20.
