<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more strict audit with high authenticity and objectivity on communication content of secure communication between a client and a server. <P>SOLUTION: An auditing terminal device has in advance a second secret key with hierarchical relationship with a first secret key used for a server device to decrypt an encrypted session key. The auditing terminal device decrypts the encrypted session key included in encrypted communication data obtained from a repeating device by using the second secret key. Next, the auditing terminal device decrypts encrypted communication data obtained from the repeating device using the session key obtained as a result of decryption.
