<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a radar device which can prevent the degradation of target detection performance in the peripheral cells of a cell from which JEM was detected, by discriminating a true target and the JEM based on the observation of behavior of both the range and the intensity of a reception signal so that the JEM is not allowed to be continuously detected, after reducing the number of candidate signals which can serve as a true target by preventing erroneous detection of noise through threshold processing after amplitude detection. <P>SOLUTION: A radar device comprises: a threshold processing unit 109 that provides threshold processing such that noise is not erroneously detected as a candidate of a true target for an amplitude detection output; a target discrimination unit 110 that discriminates a true target and JEM by tracking a target for an amplitude detection output and by continuously observing the behavior of the range and the intensity of a reception signal; feedback processing 111 for providing the feedback of a target discrimination result to the threshold processing unit; and a target detection unit 112 that detects the true target based on the target discrimination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
