<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fraudulent elusion of an alcohol interlocking through artificially producing a low temperature space. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle includes: a first detection device for detecting an alcohol concentration of driver's breath in a prescribed temperature range; and a second detection device for detecting a temperature of a space where the alcohol concentration is detected. In the vehicle, a drunk driving preventive device (100) includes: an obtainer for obtaining a reference value associated with a carbon dioxide concentration of the space; a determiner for determining whether a variation of the carbon dioxide concentration is equal to or larger than a criterial variation based on the obtained reference value; and a prohibiter for prohibiting a start up of the vehicle when the detected temperature is less than a criterial temperature corresponding to a lower limit of the temperature range and the variation is determined to be equal to or larger than the criterial variation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
