<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation chart of liquors by which even a beginner can evaluate Japanese sake and Shochu by a small number of evaluation items without performing training of flavor or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The evaluation chart 1 by a radar chart is constituted by associating evaluation of the flavor and the tastes of the Japanese sake for evaluation with first and second straight lines 11, 12 crossed in the X-shape and arranging a third straight line 13 between the first straight line 11 and the second straight line 12. The third straight line 13 consists of straight lines 14, 15, in which the upper straight line 14 is used for the evaluation of carbonic acid gas in the Japanese sake for evaluation and the lower straight line 15 is used for the evaluation of a color of the Japanese sake for evaluation. Since the evaluation items for the Japanese sake are four types, the flavor, tastes, the carbonic acid gas, and the color, even the beginner can easily and exactly evaluate the liquors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
