PURPOSE: A method for matching a conversation opponent per free talking and target is provided to call with the desired lecturer irrelevant to time and place. CONSTITUTION: A portable device determines the existence and connection of a native call center related to the fire or a preferred counterpart through user using information if a member is checked(S100~S300). If the portable device is connected to the preferred opponent or the native speaker call center, the portable terminal connects the preferred opponent or the native call center. If the connection is impossible, the portable terminal connects a call center or a place per situation of other are which can be connected(S400~S610). |
