<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for easily producing a sheet for inkjet printing in which prevention of crack of a fixation layer after dried is compatible with prevention of bend crack in paper feeding. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the sheet for inkjet printing includes: an alkaline treatment step for coating an alkaline solution with pH of ≥9.0 at 25°C on at least one side of a substrate to obtain an alkaline treated substrate; and a fixation-layer forming step for coating a coating liquid for forming the fixation layer, containing at least a pigment, polyvinyl alcohol and a boron compound, on the alkaline-liquid coated side of the alkaline treated substrate and drying it to form the fixation layer. In the production method of the sheet for inkjet printing, pH of the coating liquid for forming the fixation layer is preferably ≥4.0 at 25°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
