<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrical short between an electrode for electrolytic protection and a reinforcing steel without inviting complicated construction processes and a prolongation of a construction period. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode A for electrolytic protection, includes: a plate-like electrode member 1 formed of a metallic material for electrolytic protection; and a protection member 2 having flexibility and insulation property, which is formed to cover the electrode member 1.
