<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a current detection circuit for a motor controller capable of realizing miniaturization, and reducing the number of components, the size of implementation, area and cost. <P>SOLUTION: An IC internally includes a differential amplifier, a pair of +/- input terminals of the differential amplifier, and an output terminal of the differential amplifier. Miniaturization of a current detection circuit and cost reduction are executed so as to make a motor control circuit or a motor control device, and a various apparatus using the motor control device smaller, and to reduce cost by allowing an input of a negative voltage to the input terminals of the differential amplifier and integrating a circuit having the input terminals of the differential amplifier and a function to cut off the circuit when excessive voltage is inputted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
