<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing pseudo-molten iron, with which efficiency of desulfurization is stabilized at a high level, and besides, with which molten pseudo-molten iron is produced by performing desulfurization treatment suitable for various products to be produced. <P>SOLUTION: A desulfurization treatment process, in which desulfurization treatment of molten iron is performed, is provided between a molten iron holding process in which temperature of molten iron charged in a treatment furnace 10 with an electric heater provided thereto and once stored there, is controlled, and a decarburization refining process in which molten iron with a finally adjusted composition is charged in a refining furnace 11 and decarburization treatment is performed, and the molten iron with an adjusted composition is produced from molten iron via the molten iron holding process and the desulfurization treatment process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
