摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligand analysis method in a state closer to an actual in-vivo state. <P>SOLUTION: In step S104, a sample substrate arranging a ligand candidate mixed film fraction on an observation area of an antibody immobilization substrate is made. In step S105, a GTP binding protein (G protein) is supplied to the observation area of the sample substrate to measure temporal change in the amount of G protein bound to GPCR.
