The arrangement has a normal color or black-white-photo and an infrared-black-white-photo integrated in a measuring scale. A device controls detection of a pictured face of a human. A card dispenser and an access authorization device are operated by an image holography on a card with an original face of the human using multiple optical infrared camera comparisons. A noiseless magnetizable pigment material is attached for receiving signatures and voice recordings of confidential speech and for real-time controlling of the card. An independent claim is also included for a method for automatically obtaining access to money.
