PURPOSE: An artificial wood composition is provided to obtain antibiosis function and deodorization function by radiation of far-infrared rays thereby promoting a pleasant environment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial wood composition comprises: a step of manufacturing aluminosilicate powder and cordierite powder; a step of manufacturing powder consisting of one material selected from quartz, clay, and ehterolith; a step of mixing 5-20wt% mixed powder of aluminosilicate powder and cordierite powder, 23-60wt% wood dust, 15-25wt% thermoplastic resin consisting of hard type HDPE(High Density Polyethylene), 5-20wt% powder consisting of one material selected from quartz, clay, and ehterolith, and 2-12wt% subsidiary material for addition by cooling mixer; a step of extrusion molding the mixture by a globular shaped or cylindrical pellet. |
