<p>A method and system for obtaining multiple instant information are provided in the present invention. A mobile terminal transmits a request of obtaining information of multiple contacts to an instant messaging (IM) server; the IM server obtains public attribute fields of the required contacts according to the request, organizes them into a data packet, and transmits the destination address of the data packet to a short message gateway; the short message gateway transmits the received destination address to the mobile terminal by a PUSH message; according to the destination address in the message, a user can download and check the information of the required contacts at any time. With the method and system of the present invention, the user of the mobile terminal can download at any time by the destination address and obtain simultaneously the information of the required multiple contacts, when using an IM tool, which thereby decreases the steps of user operation and saves user time.</p> |
