<p>A method of prognosing cancer during anti-angiogenic therapy by measuring miR-210 levels in the blood is provided. The prognosis is based on changes in levels of miR-210 that result from the therapy. This method also provides a means of predicting the outcome of anti-angiogenic therapy.</p>
