摘要 PURPOSE: A red ginseng extract having increased content of specific ginsenoside, and a producing method thereof are provided to dry red ginseng using sunlight radiated inside a drying chamber. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a red ginseng extract having increased content of specific ginsenoside comprises the following steps: steaming and freezing ginseng; inserting the frozen ginseng into a drying chamber(1) having a concave mirror(2) on the upper side and a convex mirror(3) on the lower side, and spraying water into the drying chamber every 2-4 hours using a water sprayer(5) for refracting sunlight for drying the ginseng for 14-16 days; steaming the dried ginseng at 97-100 deg C for 2-4 hours; secondly drying the steamed ginseng for 6-8 days, and steaming for 1-3 hours; thirdly drying the steamed ginseng for 2-4 days, and steaming for 0.5-1.5 hours; fourthly drying the steamed ginseng for 0.5-1.5 days; aging the obtained red ginseng by inserting the red ginseng into a cotton bag, and layering hardwood charcoal on the upper and lower sides of the cotton bag in a jar before sealing the jar and aging for 80-120 days; and extracting the aged red ginseng for 16-24 hours at 80-88 deg C.
