<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of power generation properties of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: A short cut tray 201 is a fixed base for stably fixing a solar cell 211 which is a dye sensitized solar cell to a housing of the short cut tray 201 at a predetermined posture in a predetermined position. The housing of the short cut tray 201 is formed to fit the shape of the solar cell 211 to stably fix the solar cell 211 placed thereon. The entire or part of the housing of the short cut tray 201 is made of a conductive material, and the short cut tray 201 has a short circuit which shorts a collector 212A and a collector 212B of the solar cell 211 fixed.
