<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the pulse width of an input clock signal with stability. <P>SOLUTION: A pulse width adjustment circuit provided between first and second power supplies, has: a first transistor P2 with a first conductivity type to whose gate an input pulse signal IN is inputted; a second transistor N1 of a second conductivity type provided between the first transistor P2 and the second power supply, and to whose gate the input pulse signal IN is inputted; a third transistor P1 with the first conductivity type provided between the first transistor P2 and the first power supply, and in which a flowing current is controlled depending on a first control signal inputted to a gate thereof; and a first current source circuit 102 provided between the first transistor P2 and the first power supply in parallel to the third transistor P1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
