<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device, for one example, capable of disposing interface components closer to a components accommodation portion formed on a side wall of a housing as a notch or a recessed portion. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device according an embodiment of the present invention includes: a housing; a connector; a module; and projection portions. The housing has; a first wall; a second wall opposed to the first wall; and a first side wall portion provided with an opening portion and a second side wall portion extending in the direction intersecting with the first side wall portion over the first wall and the second wall. The connector can be electrically connected to external components through the opening portion while covering the second side wall portion in the housing. The module has a surface continued to the first wall and the first side wall portion while covering the second side wall portion outside of the housing.
