TRANSFORMER HEALTH DIAGNOSIS METHOD, HEALTH DIAGNOSIS DEVICE AND HEALTH DIAGNOSIS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine presence/absence of positional deviation of a winding without opening/closing a top cover of a transformer, furthermore, with less time and labor.

SOLUTION: Health of a transformer is determined (S4) based on a health diagnosis method that while either one of a primary winding or a secondary winding of the transformer is opened, the other winding's transfer function at a resonance frequency band is measured in a healthy state and in an inspection period (S1-1, S1-2), a resonance frequency to the transfer function in the healthy state and the resonance frequency to the transfer function in the inspection period are compared each other (S2-1, S2-2, S3), and therefore, whether or not there is presence/absence of positional deviation of the winding is determined.
