<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file processing apparatus and an electronic file processing program capable of appropriately displaying, on a display apparatus capable of displaying an electronic file in a specific file format, an electronic file in another file format on which output restriction is set. <P>SOLUTION: When file registration operation is performed on a PC (S3:YES), in case that an object file is a file in a specific format (S7:YES), determination whether the object file is an output restriction file is performed (S17). When the object file is not an output restriction file (S17:NO), an output execution command is transmitted to APP (S9). When a file for terminal is outputted from DRP(S11:YES), the file for terminal is transferred to a display terminal (S13).
