<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purchase behavior analysis device with which the purchase behavior of customers can be more precisely analyzed. <P>SOLUTION: A purchase behavior analysis device includes: a customer purchase behavior information storage unit 101 to store customer purchase behavior information obtained from each of two or more customers and consisting of customer identification information for identifying the customer, contact relating information indicating whether or not the customer takes a product in his/her hand, and purchase information indicating whether or not the customer purchases the contacted product; a purchase analysis information acquisition unit 103 to obtain, using the customer purchase behavior information, purchase analysis information including a contact ratio indicating a ratio regarding how many times the product is taken in customers' hands and a purchase ratio indicating a ratio regarding how many times the product is purchased; and an output unit 104 to output the purchase analysis information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
