<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method capable of expediting rising of magnetic flux generated in an induction motor, and initiating starting up of the induction motor in the optimal state with a sufficient torque produced. <P>SOLUTION: A control method carries out zero-holding of speed command value N<SP POS="POST">*</SP>and torque command value τ<SP POS="POST">*</SP>when a speed of an induction motor 3 is zero, and makes the induction motor 3 via an inverter 2 into a preliminary excitation state by performing vector operation on the basis of this torque command value τ<SP POS="POST">*</SP>and a first magnetic flux command value ϕ<SB POS="POST">1</SB><SP POS="POST">*</SP>, and makes the induction motor 3 via the inverter 2 start by performing vector operation on the basis of a second magnetic flux command value ϕ<SB POS="POST">2</SB><SP POS="POST">*</SP>and the torque command value τ<SP POS="POST">*</SP>which are calculated from a maximum output current value I<SB POS="POST">max</SB>of the inverter 2, a torque current limiting value I<SB POS="POST">tL</SB>, and a rating exciting current value I<SB POS="POST">mr</SB>of the induction motor 3, and performs vector operation on the basis of a torque command value τ<SP POS="POST">*</SP>acquired by carrying out adjustment operation of a difference ΔN between the speed command value N<SP POS="POST">*</SP>and a speed detection value N, and a third magnetic flux command value ϕ<SB POS="POST">3</SB><SP POS="POST">*</SP>, and carries out variable speed control of the induction motor 3 via the inverter 2 based on this vector operation value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
