<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost lamp disconnection detecting device that prevents a mistake in detection of a lamp disconnection which may occur after an exchange of a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The lamp disconnection detecting device includes: a current value measure 61a for measuring a current value flowing to the lamp; and a disconnection detector 61b for detecting a disconnection of the lamp on the basis of the measured current value and a predetermined reference current value. An initial current value determiner 61c determines whether the current value flowing to the lamp, which is measured when the lamp is lit for the first time after a power supply of a vehicle is turned on, is within a normal range thereof, and the disconnection detector 61b uses the current value which is determined that it is within the normal range as the reference current value to detect the disconnection of the lamp. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
