<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC/DC converter for a DC/DC converter device capable of enhancing a voltage conversion efficiency on light loading while preventing a voltage drop caused by variation of the load of a device to which electric power is supplied from the DC/DC converter. <P>SOLUTION: The DC/DC converter is shifted to a PSAVE mode (energy saving mode) after a device, DDR shifts to the energy saving mode when switching the DC/DC converter device from a normal mode to the energy saving mode, and the DC/DC converter is switched from the PSAVE mode to a PWM mode before the DDR returns to the normal operation mode when the DC/DC converter device returns from the energy saving mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
