<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outlet for DC power supply which can reduce power loss incident to power supply, and to provide DC power supply control unit, control program and control method. <P>SOLUTION: The outlet 100 for DC power supply has a DC-DC converter 140 which converts a voltage from a DC power supply source 10 into a voltage of a designated value. The outlet 100 for DC power supply receives multiple types of apparatus side efficiency information indicating power conversion efficiency of apparatus connected to a female terminal 111, or the like, from the DC power supply plugs of the apparatus. The outlet 100 for DC power supply has a DC power supply controller 180 which stores multiple pieces of outlet side efficiency information indicating power conversion efficiency of the outlet 100 for DC power supply. The DC power supply controller 180 designates a designation value, for reducing power supplied from the DC power supply source 10 to the DC-DC converter 140 based on the multiple types of apparatus side efficiency information and multiple pieces of outlet side efficiency information, to the DC-DC converter 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
