<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen burner for melting slag and a melting furnace using the same, capable of easily and economically removing slag generated inside of the melting furnace. <P>SOLUTION: This oxygen burner for melting slag arranged at an angle under a slag outlet of the melting furnace to re-melt the slag generated when fine powder in a pyrolysis gas generated by thermal decomposition and gasification of wastes is melted in the melting furnace, includes: a pipe-shaped gas nozzle communicated with a gas intake pipe at its one end so that a liquefied natural gas flows therein, and provided with a gas outlet at the other end to discharge the liquefied natural gas; a pipe-shaped oxygen nozzle externally inserted to the gas nozzle, communicated with an oxygen intake pipe at its one end so that oxygen flows therein, and provided with an oxygen outlet at the other end to discharge the oxygen flowing therein; and a cylinder fixed to one side of the oxygen burner for melting slag at one end so that the oxygen burner for melting slag can axially slide by expansion and contraction, and fixed to the outside of the melting furnace at the other end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
