A method, system, and device, for transmitting handover information are disclosed by the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes that: a source base station sends a handover request to a target base station and distinguishes the carried primary service cells candidate set and the secondary service cells candidate set according to the identification information carried by said handover request. The indication information, carried by the handover request information, used for selecting the Primary cell (Pcell) and the Secondary cell (Scell) by the target Evolved Node-B (eNB) during the multi-carrier handover process is realized by the embodiments of the present invention. |
