The plate has a perforated plate base body (1) provided with melting holes (7). A circular functional element (3) is arranged at a surface of the perforated plate base body and in an area of nozzle orifices (2). The functional element is clamped against the base body via a clamping element (4). A positioning element is arranged between the base body and the functional element. The functional element is made of hard metal or hard metal alloy or ceramic material. The positioning element comprises a dowel (9a) at the functional element, which comprises multiple circular segment type parts.
