PURPOSE: A method for coupling a boss and a link with a boss coupling hole using a press machine is provided to enable application to various types of packing devices by making a link into various shapes through laser processing. CONSTITUTION: A method for coupling a boss and a link with a boss coupling hole using a press machine comprises a link manufacturing step, a boss manufacturing step, and a finishing step. In the link manufacturing step, flat steel is shaped into a link(10) through laser processing, wherein a cam bearing connection hole(11) for connection with a cam is formed on one side of the flat steel and a boss coupling hole(12) including a key groove type coupling hole(12a) is formed on the other side. In the boss manufacturing step, a boss(20) is manufactured to have a shaft groove(21) in the center and first and second coupling parts(22,23) and a coupling member on the exterior thereof, wherein the diameter of the first coupling part is smaller than that of the boss coupling hole and the diameter of the second coupling part is greater than that of the boss coupling hole. In the finishing step, the manufactured boss is arranged in the boss coupling hole of the link so that the coupling member of the boss is inserted into the key groove type coupling hole and the link and the boss are coupled using a press machine including a press mold. |
