<p>PURPOSE: A circuit substrate, a disk operation apparatus, and a circuit substrate manufacturing method are provided to reduce a mounting area of electronic components, thereby miniaturizing the circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION: A stop part(2) includes a sticking board(21), a stator(22), a stator maintenance member(23), and a circuit substrate(24). A bearing holder(211) is arranged in the center of the sticking board. A bearing tool(3) includes a bush(32) and a bearing member(33). A rotating part(4) is placed in the upper side of the bearing tool and stop part. The rotating part includes a rotor holder(41), a rotor magnet(42), and a pre-load magnet(43).</p> |
