LASER PROCESSING SYSTEM AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A laser processing system and a processing method thereof are provided to minimize the movement and acceleration/deceleration of a scan head and processing object. CONSTITUTION: A laser processing system comprises movable scan heads meeting at a right angle. The processing method of the laser processing system comprises the next step. A layer beam is moved in the traveling direction by using the movement of synchronization of the scan head using a galvanometer(140). The galvanometer transfers the laser beam in right angle direction of a traveling direction of the scan head. If a processing area of the processing object is within a scan range of the galvanometer, the laser beam is moved by using the galvanometer without the movement of the scan head. The laser beam is emitted to the processing object.
