PURPOSE: By adding the real-time operation information in the existing black box and being saved it can exact and the driving control information at the self- diagnostics check terminal and video information bond black box apparatus and method rapidly can examine closely the reason of the traffic accident. CONSTITUTION: The car black box system and method conbinding video and audio data with the information of driving operation from self-diagnostics terminal comprise next. A data conversion adapter(20) each other has mutual understanding with signal from the graphic terminal or a wireless mobile communications terminal(60). The separate camera and microphone obtain the vehicles outside, and image and sound information of inside. GPS offers the location information. All the information getting is divided into one or the different screen and it express as the picture displayed and sound.
