PURPOSE: A foam sole forming device and a foam sole manufacturing method using the same are provided to increase the number of soles produced per unit time by reducing heating and cooling time. CONSTITUTION: A foam sole forming device comprises an upper plate(1), a lower plate(2), a mold box, a variable rubber packing(4), a packing receiving groove(5), an inlet port(6), and first and second outlet ports(7,8). The upper plate and the lower plate are respectively fixed to the upper and lower halves of a press. The mold box forms a mold accommodation space with the upper and lower plates. The variable rubber packing is interposed between the mold box and the upper plate or the lower plate. The variable rubber packing seals the mold accommodation space. The packing receiving groove is formed in the upper plate, the lower plate, or the mold box and accommodates the variable rubber packing. The inlet port let heat source or cold source into the mold accommodation space of the mold box. The first outlet port discharges the heat source or cold source provided to the mold accommodation space to outside. The second outlet port discharges condensate which is produced when heating a sole forming mold with steam in the mold accommodation space.
